open minds
Okay i am really into things like UFO's and i was talking to my friend and he said that he doesn't believe in UFO's and he didn't even have reason on why de doesn't believe in them and i started thinking about how their must hundreds of thousands of people out there that are just like my friend people don't want to believe in anything that are not opened minded and it sort of got me thinking about reasons why people are like that and it reminded me of a documentary i saw and the main reasons that people are like that is that they are scared of something that is new to them or that they don't know about so they close out the possibilities of things like UFO's which isn't really good and all i am saying is don't be scared and keep a opened mind

Your post reminds me of that Instruction Manual for Life cartoon we saw where the parents were intolerant of their son building his cabinet in any other way but theirs. I totally agree with you that most people do not keep an open mind because they are scared and lazy. It's easy and safe to live a life where you do not challenge popular opinions and beliefs. Being open minded means the world always has strange, new, and interesting things to teach you. It's a wonderful way to live but takes a lot of energy. I'm glad you've chosen to live with an open mind.
