This is what i would of apologized to my girlfriend for breaking into her social networking account.
Hey listen I'm sorry for trying trying to break into your account it's just that you are my girlfriend and i wanted to check on what you were doing because I'm worried that you might find something better and move on so i wanted make sure that i am not losing you. I realize that what i did was wrong and i promise that if you just give me another chance i will never do it or anything like it again. To make it up to you I will take you out to dinner and then take you shopping to get whatever you want.

Not bad, not bad. Do you think she'll take you back? I think your letter is missing why you know it was wrong to break into her account. But maybe she doesn't care and will be happy with a shopping spree (clue: don't stay with a girl like that for too long.)
